I had a radiator replaced and had repairs after the check engine light came on. My new radiator is leaking after 15k miles and my check engine light came back on after 10k. I also found the woman at the front desk to be less than concerned when I questioned the pricing of one of the items. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend. The tire was fixed for $49.00 in our neighborhood shop and still runs great... I feel like your staff members were trying to use the fact that I was panicking a little, spoke not perfect English and was ignorant in the car repair business. First contact was a women who was very rude. I felt like the car was not even evaluated and I wasted the 50 bucks that it cost me to have your shop look at the vehicle. The same women was even more rude when we picked up the vehicle and tried to make sense of what was written on the ticket. As a business owner I would have a talk with who ever is dealing with your customers. Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this business to a friend. Even more importantly, the staff were always courteous and knowledgeable. If you live on the west side of Milwaukee or in Wauwatosa, there isn't a better place to take your care. Everything is explained in language we can understand, and we have never been pressured to make an unnecessary repair. It is great to have a mechanic's shop that is run with integrity. We recently bought a used car, and had it checked out at O'Gorman's before we made an offer. They found some things wrong with it, which we were able to have the dealer fix. O'Gorman's also gave us advice on negotiating with the dealer, the value of our trade-in, and the value of the car we were purchasing. I happened to get a flat tire right on North Ave. later on a Friday evening. Not having AAA (lesson learned) I began walking home as I also didn't have a cellphone at that time. A mechanic from O'Gorman's came upon this scene and stopped to offer me help. THIS WAS AFTER business hours on a Friday!!!!! Nonetheless, this superhero put on the spare, drove my car to O'Gorman's, repaired my tire and said then told me there WAS NO CHARGE!!!!!!!!! to This kind man did this out of the kindness of his heart and for no other reason.
